Michelle began practicing yoga in 2006 to bring balance and grounding into her life. After years of practicing several different styles of yoga she really wanted to experience a more complete practice that would give a deeper understanding of herself.
Michelle started training with Yogi Ashokanada in London and India, she has been teaching his style of Himalayan Hatha Yoga, Prana Kriya Yoga and ATMA Meditation since 2013. Completing over 500hrs and assisting on various teacher trainings since qualifying. A keen and constant student, Yogi’s teachings have had a profound effect on her life since meeting him in 2012. From being a very withdrawn, nervous individual, to discovering the power of her own voice and inner strength enabling her to teach others how to believe in their true path.
Qualifying also as an Ayurvedic Massage Therapist – Michelle has been teaching Yogi’s discipline to Panchakarma guests at the Neuroprana clinic in Tamil Nadu since 2016. She now teaches Ayurveda foundation courses with Dr Radhika Agrawal and runs retreats and workshops as part of the Neuroprana team working in clinics in India the UK and Croatia.
Michelle’s classes enable people to experience wellbeing and connection allowing space and growth to happen naturally.
