My background as a professional dancer explains the passion for experiencing spirituality through the physical body. The body is our vehicle to transport us through this dimension and lifetime and I looked into and studied many ways to optimise this experience. Training and expertise – Personal trainer and Natural movement Coach, animal flow instructor, Jivamukti Yoga 300h taught by Sharon Gannon and David Life, Stewart Gilchrist 500 h advanced Yoga of East London school of Yoga and 500 h with Yogi Ashokananda in Prana Kriya Yoga and Himalayan Hatha Yoga. We don’t need Gimmicks and Gadgets to progress – my practises are all based on coming back to how nature intended us to be, needing only our own body, breath and mindset.
